This Portfolio site will be evolving as I the learner, teacher, and leader am developing. I am currently a student at Michigan State University studying educational technology which is quite amazing. Being a health teacher this year at Wadsworth STEM school is new and compelling. Teaching health with the intergration of STEM has driven me to enrich the required curriculum by intertwining Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. My leadership is emerging as I bring partnerships to the school for the benefit of the students and community.

MY LATEST ACCOMPLISMENTS
Being new to teaching health, I began to follow the Healthy Schools Campaign. I attended many professional development sessions that were offered. I was interviewed and mentioned in the following article, How Fit to Learn Supports Teacher Health.
The summer of 2014 I was chosen to begin a program offered to Chicago Public School teachers for the first time. MSU-Wipro STEM & Leadership a Teaching Fellowship Program. The experience has change my way of using technology in the classroom with a new lens of innovation. The inspiration and guidance throughout the year has provided me with a variety of tools that are easily intergated into the classroom.
